FLASHBACK: NOVEMBER 2020

November started with a bang as Trigg was baptized and the girls turned 3!  We tied the celebrations together were fortunate to get to celebrate with our families.  Pastor Doug performed our wedding ceremony and has now baptized all four of our children.  So special!
Trigg's baptism was a private celebration due to Covid and one in which we felt was so much more intimate than the others.  He wore Grandpa Brad's baptismal gown that Gavin and Treyton also both wore.  I am not a sentimental person but there is something about that that makes it just a bit more special.

Big bro to the rescue to get Trigg out of bed in after a nap!

Another month, another countertop smiling boy!

Painted birthday banners have kind of been our thing around here and celebrating Grandpa Larry's 70th birthday was no exception.

Magnatiles will always be a fan favorite around here.  It is fun to see all of the different ways that my kids find to play with them.

Gosh!  I feel so luck to be their mama!

The beginning of November is also when I like to put up our tree.  It is an all day affair and I need Gavin's help to even carry that darn thing upstairs.  It requires a step ladder, some sketchy reaching, but gosh, she sure is pretty when she's all decorated.  There is something about sitting in the living room with nothing but the light of the tree that is so calming to me.

I am fairly certain that all of our kids have done this and I have always stopped to take the picture before rescuing them.  Its a real bummer when you only know how to go backwards. ;-)

Warm days in November mean we stop at the park after school pick up!

Happy 6 months, baby boy!

4 kids all looking at the camera and smiling at the same time is should be awarded a medal!

Max and Mya enjoying some love!

I'm not kidding when I say there aren't a lot of things that make this little dude sad.  He loves the outdoors just as much as his older siblings.

Taking advantage of the perfect snowman snow!

Just a bunch of mamas and their babies out for a walk!

Due to some positive Covid cases, Thanksgiving get togethers were a little sparse but we did get together with Kolton and Emmy.

They had a life size gingerbread house that they colored for a majority of the day!

We also had a gingerbread house competition.  Boys vs. girls!

And then our pesky little elf, Christmas, showed up with decor and breakfast for the following morning.
